Training – Strength

Today is only a full body strength training day.  There are days in which your body just says … ok, take it easy.  Well, today is that type of day for me.  My body told me this morning that I need to take it easy, so I am.

Full body strength training using Nautilus machines and dumbbells.  Entire work out takes just a little over an hour, and  is two sets on each machine with 15 reps.  I do, however, do 2 sets of 25 on all abdominal exercises.
