Grilled Trout

Olive oil spray

4 dressed whole fresh trout

4 sprigs of rosemary

2 lemons, cut in half

Sea salt



Preheat grill on medium-high, or preheat grill pan to over medium-high heat.  Dress the inside of each trout with olive oil spray.  Squeeze ½ the lemon on the inside of each trout, and add sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.  Place one sprig of rosemary inside each filet.


Spay the outside of the trout with the olive oil spray, and spray the grill pan (or wipe the grill grates on a gas or charcoal grill with olive oil).  Place the trout on the grill, and cook for approximately 4 minutes.  Turn the trout over and cook for another 4 minutes.


Plate and serve with additional lemon halves if desired.
