5 Mile Run and Strength Training
Today, being Wednesday, is another day that encompasses two separate workouts. The morning workout consisted of a 5 mile run, that was completed in 53 minutes. Not a fast run, but the run was more of a recovery run from all of the running that was completed on Tuesday.
The afternoon session was a full body strength training session following the same routine that I established on Monday. That means it was a workout that consisted of 2 sets of 8 – 12 reps, or 12 – 15 reps. The workout went extremely well.
Overall the day was a good day with the run and the strength training. Tomorrow will be a 45 minute tempo run …
