Triathlon Training Day 13 – Swim and Bike
Today was my first day back into the mix after being sick. It feels so much better to be able to get out and get the blood pumping through my veins. Of course, this means no rest, but that I give it my all … which I did.
My routine for today:
AM – Swim Lesson (30 minute swim lesson with my swim coach). Followed by a 750 meter swim using various techniques and tools.
PM – 10 mile bike ride. The focus on the bike ride was maintaining my cadence. As such, I focused my effort on maintaining 90 rpms on the bike.
Training felt great, and I can’t wait for tomorrow’s workout …
