Triathlon Training – Day 28

Today is Day 28 of my Triathlon Training Program.  It is a two-a-day workout today.  The morning was a swim and the afternoon was a run.

Swim (AM) – 1200 meters total.  The workout consisted of kicking using the fins, and working on my stroke using the paddles.  In addition, the workout consisted of a combination of the two … using the fins and the paddles.  The last 100 meters of the workout was swimming without the fins or the paddles.

Run (PM) – 3.5 mile tempo run.  The run started out with a 1 mile warm-up, followed by a 3.5 mile tempo run.  A cool-down of 1 mile finished up the run.
